Electronic Fare Collection is coming to Maine!

METRO, South Portland Bus, and Biddeford-Saco-OOB Transit are collaborating to introduce a new automated fare collection system!

There will be a fare increase effective April 1, 2020.

All existing paper passes, tickets, and transfers will be eliminated and replaced with a new, revolutionary fare-capping system.
Exact cash fare will continue to be accepted on buses.
